Η ενωμένη βάση τους ρυθμίζεται στο επιθυμητό πλάτος και σε συνδυασμό με την αποθήκευση δίσκων βάρους στους 2 υποδοχείς της, προσφέρει μεγάλη σταθερότητα και ασφάλεια κατά την εκτέλεση των ασκήσεων.
