Shipping methods:
Deliveries within Athens.
The delivery and assembly of the gym equipment, within the greater Athens area, is completely free of charge after telephone consultation for the day and time of delivery. The delivery in this case is made by specialized personnel and with our company’s cars. Free delivery excludes products that are on special offer or products for which we exceptionally point out that their transport requires a reasonable charge. For orders less than 100 euros, there is a charge of five (5) euros for transport costs.
Deliveries in wider area of Attica.
For deliveries within the prefecture of Attica but outside the wider city limits (e.g. Lavrio, Loutsa, Rafina, Megara, etc.) the delivery can be made, as the case may be, either by our company’s workshops with free installation, but with a small mileage charge for which you will be informed, either free of charge from a transport company or delivered to your doorstep. The delivery method depends on the season and staff availability and is after communication. It is possible that during periods of intense workload or staff shortages due to holidays, delivery from our workshop may be impossible or there may be a significant delay, in which case delivery is made via a pavement transport company.
Deliveries to other areas of the Territory
In the rest of Greece, our company entrusts the transport of the products to a cooperating transport company for heavy and bulky parcelsIn this case, we offer free transport to your city (to the transporter’s warehouse). But not to your home either, since – usually – home deliveries are made with local carriers with whom it is impossible to negotiate the cost in advance in any case. If you are unable to collect the item from the carrier yourself, the additional cost of shipping to your home (when applicable) is borne by you and is determined after consultation with the local carrier. Especially for the city of Thessaloniki, we inform you that the transport companies are based in Kalochori. The same is likely to be the case in other large cities, where the transport headquarters may be slightly outside the boundaries of the urban fabric.
In the case of small and light items, the delivery can be made with a courier company (Elta Courier), as indicated in the general comments below. In this case, the delivery is made to your home at no additional cost to you.
For orders less than 100 euros, there is a charge of five (5) euros for transport costs regardless of the volume and weight of the shipment (also to the transport warehouse in your city).
Deliveries in Cyprus
- Shipping costs to Cyprus are borne by the recipient and are paid upon delivery of the product by the shipping company. To calculate it simply multiply the length of the 3 sides of the package together.
- If the total is less than 0.10 cubic meters and up to 30 kg weight, the cost is 30 euros plus 19% VAT for delivery to your home if it is within the city. If the total is greater than 0.10 cubic meters or 30 kg weight please contact us for the exact cost.
Example: 0.3 meters wide X 0.4 meters high X 0.6 meters long = 0.07. So the transport cost is 30 euros.
General notes:
For micro-equipment and gym accessories of low weight and volume, such as gloves, belts, etc., free shipping with a courier company is valid for the whole of Greece as long as the order amount is greater than €50.
Large and bulky packages (treadmills, large ellipticals, massage chairs, multi-tools, exercise benches) cannot be sent by Courier due to weight.
ATTENTION: Due to special problems in collecting cash on delivery from transport companies, it is not possible to use cash on delivery when the goods are shipped with a transport company. In this case, the purchase price must be paid in advance, either by depositing into the company’s bank account (ETE – ALPHA – EUROBANK) or by using a credit card, or by Paypal.
In general cash on delivery is supported for small and large parcels within Athens but only for small parcels (which can be sent by courier) outside Athens.
Payment methods:
- Pay on delivery. For those who prefer the more traditional method, the products come via our company’s drivers or courier and you pay the price at the time of collection.
- Credit card. If you have a MasterCard, VISA, Euroline credit card you can use it safely through our order form. The credit card payment process is covered by the latest security standards with 128-bit encryption – the highest available today. By using a credit card you can pay by choosing a number of interest-free installments depending on the amount of the order.
- Bank account deposit. You can deposit your payment for your orders to one of the following accounts of our company (I.KASIOUMIS – P. LAZARAKIS 0.E).

If you want to avoid the cost of the bank transfer, you should make the transaction through the same bank, for example from National to National, Alpha to Alpha, or exclusively to our account at Eurobank.
In any other case, you will have to pay the total costs of the transfer.
Orders that are not paid within five (5) working days are considered void, the respective products are automatically released and do not bind VIKING FITNESS in any way.
Your order will be routed for delivery after payment has been confirmed by our Company’s Finance Department.
Delivery time:
For the area of Athens and within the prefecture of Attica, delivery is made after contact usually within 1-3 working days starting from the day after the order. Outside Athens it takes 1-2 working days for delivery to a transport agency plus the time it takes the agency to reach your city.
