It is possible to return a product purchased from our store within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, for any reason. In the event of a return of a non-defective product, you will bear both the possible initial shipping costs (in the case of micro-devices sent with a courier company without your charge), and the return costs. The net return amount can – if you wish – be offset by the purchase of another product of equal or greater value. The returned product must be in perfect condition and the package must not be opened.

To avoid any problems, please carefully check the packaging and condition of the product upon receipt. In the event that a wrong or defective product is found, contact us immediately and it will be replaced immediately at our company’s responsibility and cost, or the money will be returned to you if you wish.

The products shown in the e-shop may show slight color or in some cases functional differences from those delivered, due to changes or upgrades that may be made to them. Our company makes every effort to update the images of the products immediately whenever there is a small color or functional change in them and we are informed by the manufacturing plant. However, this is not always possible immediately and we bear no responsibility in the event that such a thing is observed. In case of a significant functional difference (and if the customer has not been informed about this in advance) it is usually possible to change the product after contact with the dealership. Unfortunately, most of the time, this is not possible for small color variations
