Viking P-08 Pull-Up Bar & Dip Stand

A smart and functional product that can be installed and removed easily and safely on the wall by hanging on the pre-installed safety hooks (included in the package with the fixing materials).

It is ideal for developing the upper body and helps us perform all the basic exercises, using our own weight for resistance.

More specifically, when we post it as Monozygote :

1) We perform pull-ups with an open, closed and neutral grip.

2) We perform a program of TRX exercises or resistance bands in general, taking advantage of the 2 iron hanging rings.

When we post it as Dizygo – Abs Chair:

1) We do dips for triceps and chest.

2) We perform leg lifts with back support to train the abdominal muscles.

Placed on the ground can also be used for Push ups and Dips.
