QUADRICE EXERCISE
We extend (push up) with our shins the cylindrical pillow that hangs low, stretching the knees to exercise the quadriceps (front upper surface of our legs).
BICEP EXERCISE
The cylindrical pad is transported and fixed in the horizontal plane by means of the side system (perforated disc with spring pin). We push (bend) with our heels, towards the ground, against the upper surface of our knees on the two cylindrical cushions of the seat. Thus, we train the biceps femoris (back surface of the upper part of our legs) through the flexion of our shins.
In both cases of training, the resistance is adjusted by the weight plates that placed on the outer side base of the machine.
