Viking’s BR-60 is a multi-gym bench with a stable construction and enough adjustments to find the right exercise position.
- The back cushion can be adjusted to 5 levels (reclining, horizontal and 3 inclined).
- It has bar support uprights, adjustable in height from 115 to 126 cm.
- It has a detachable and height-adjustable biceps pad ( lary squat ) for training the biceps brachii.
- The leg mechanism incorporates a handle to be used as a counterweight in the lary squat.
- It has a vertical stand for placing weight plates and a stand for vertical barbell storage.
