The Viking X-3 is a particularly robust and high-quality multi-tool that offers a huge variety of exercises for training the entire muscular system. With a powerful frame, 6 multi-functional training stations and 93 kg of built-in weights, it really is a whole gym inside At the same time, it has many adjustment possibilities that allow the perfect execution of the exercises by all heights.
- High Back Pulley Pulley.
- Chest and Pec Deck press machine, with double ergonomic handles and the possibility of multiple settings of the starting point of the exercise.
- Back pull-up machine : the same chest machine is easily converted to Rowing Dorsal (rowing with a pillow – against the chest to isolate the lower back) since all that is needed is to adjust the starting point of the handles to one of the back pull-up positions.
