• The Monobar – Double Bars have the lumbar support cushion far enough back so that the barbell pull-ups are not obstructed. The Viking DS-24 has the ability to adjust the pad forward to properly support the lower back during leg lifts, and it can be moved back on single barbell pull-ups.
• It is also the only home barbell with built-in exercise bench that can be adjusted in 4 levels (horizontal and 3 inclined). The same bench becomes an ab bench.
• It has strong independent non-slip bases that give it great stability while compressing the dimensions of the machine, which no longer needs a large base to stabilize!
