It has many interesting features such as:
- Built-in high and low pulley.
- 4 solid steel bar mounting hooks that can be placed at 21 different heights from 44 – 173 cm.
- 2 powerful oblong bars – bar fuses, also of solid steel, terminating at the ends in 2 more mounting hooks.
- Horizontally adjustable bar with cushion to immobilize the legs in high pulley pull-ups.
- Functional dimensions: With a small footprint in the space but a well-thought-out internal layout so that pull ups, presses and deep sit-ups can be performed comfortably.
