SUP Warranty (Aztron – Aquatone)

  1. The warranty applies when the board is used for the person’s normal exercise and recreational activities and not for use in learning or rental schools.
  2. Aztron – Aquatone will make the final verdict on whether or not to replace the Sup and this will require inspection and/or photos and videos showing the defects. The owner is requested to deliver the SUP and/or the lighting material to the store of purchase.
  3. The warranty covers the repair of the defective product only. In case the repair is not possible (or is deemed unprofitable by the company), the product is replaced with a similar one. In this case, the original warranty continues until it expires (that is, it is not renewed). Aztron – Aquatone is not responsible for further damage or loss of equipment.
  4. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural wear and tear which includes but is not limited to: knocks, damage from exposure to excessive heat, improper storage, damage from exposure to bad sea conditions, breakage of board from use in surf conditions and in general damage that is not caused by defects in the production process and materials. Minor air loss is addressed with the repair kit included in the original Sup package and does not warrant replacement.
  5. The product must not be fitted with a machine.
  6. We must not exceed the recommended maximum user weight.
  7. The warranty does not apply if the product is found to be altered, modified or repaired without authorization.
  8. The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, clearly showing the name of the reseller.
  9. The warranty only applies to SUPs purchased from the official Aztron representative in Greece Viking Fitness and its network of official resellers.
  10. A necessary condition for the warranty to be valid is the sending of the completed warranty slip enclosed in each package, in which the serial number must ALWAYS be completed board and the name of the store of purchase. The completed form must be sent to the dealership (by post or electronically via e-mail) within 15 days of purchase. Sup boards bearing serial numbers not entered by an official dealer, or purchased from overseas are not covered by the dealer’s warranty.
